Answers, before you ask.
Before your visit
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can book directly via the website, phone or WhatsApp.
What should I bring?
Any previous reports, X-rays or MRI films (or images on your phone), a list of current medications, and details of any prior surgery.
How long is a consultation?
Initial consultations are 15–20 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 5–10 minutes.
Do you see children?
Yes — common paediatric concerns like flat feet, gait, growth related pain, sports injuries and fractures are routinely evaluated.
Treatment & surgery
Will I be told I need surgery?
Almost never on the first visit. We use a stepped, evidence-based approach and only recommend surgery when it clearly outperforms non-surgical care for your goals.
Do you offer second opinions?
Yes, and we welcome them. Bring your imaging and previous notes; we'll review everything before giving you an independent opinion.
Is PRP useful for my problem?
PRP is genuinely effective for selected tendon and joint conditions. If it isn't right for your problem we'll say so directly.
How is post-op rehab handled?
Every surgical patient leaves with a written rehab plan and scheduled physiotherapy reviews aligned to your recovery.
Payments & logistics
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most major Indian health insurers for procedures. Consultations are typically self-pay.
Are estimates provided in writing?
Yes. You'll receive a written estimate for any procedure, including likely additional costs, so there are no surprises.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available on site.
